The program of this year's 89th Annual Meeting of the Society of Cardiology has been designed - similar to the treatment of patients - to be interdisciplinary and intersectoral. The latest mechanisms from basic research and clinically valuable findings from all areas of cardiac medicine, beyond heart failure, will be presented in lectures or poster sessions and intensively discussed at the accompanying industrial exhibition.
